Please review this page, I do try to respond to all requests by end of week. This cattery is busy cuddling kittens and cats they come before any email or phone call, so please be patient.
I have had a couple applications put in my spam folder, sorry about that. If you haven’t received a reply back within a week, send a text or call that I must check my spam. I do try to remember that, but I am human. 🙂
Weather depending April 1st – October 15th, we sometimes travel to Hope/Kelowna B.C. for deliveries to Victory and Vancouver. We sometimes travel to Calgary or meet halfway. We ask a small amount for delivery, cost of gas. We have on occasion flown cats/kittens. Depending length of flight and time of year, we can ship as cargo.
No Cat/Kitten leaves this cattery without being spayed/neutered. I don’t stud my male out. I will work with breeders that have the same ethics as me for show/breeding kittens. Please contact for more info.

- I request a nonrefundable spot deposit of $200.00 for a place on the waiting list.
- Price is average to most ethical Canadian TICA Ragdoll catteries, small discount for second kitten. Pet price is: $2000.00 each.

- Half down is due on date of contract signing at 8 weeks and up, remainder due day before pick up/delivery day. (13 – 14 weeks of age)

This is a legal and binding contract concerning the purchase of a purebred Ragdoll kitten from Kootenay Ragdolls. This contract is designed to protect the buyer, the breeder, and the welfare of the kitten.
Conditions of Sale:
The buyer and the breeder acknowledge and agree that this kitten is being purchased as a pet. Breeder guarantees that this kitten is healthy to the best of her knowledge. During the first 7 days this kitten should be isolated from any other pets and monitored for health, eating, litter box usage and activity level. The breeder is not responsible for any injury or illness to other pets caused by exposure to this kitten. The breeder is not responsible for any expenses incurred by the buyer or kitten for any reason. The buyer is responsible for all veterinarian expenses incurred while the cat is in the buyer’s care. This kitten has a 2-year warranty (from day of birth) against inherited genetic diseases only. The breeder does not warranty the kitten against any adverse reactions to future vaccinations. This warranty does not include conditions or infections such as colds, viruses, parasites or bacterial infections as these can be contracted anywhere in the environment after leaving the cattery and are not a result of genetics or breeding. Please understand that no breeder can guarantee that your kitten will never get sick or develop a disease. Also understand that no breeder can guarantee what your kitten will look or act like as an adult. The single greatest factor in determining the behaviour of your kitten as an adult is you.
Shipping is always the responsibility of the buyer. This kitten will be kept indoors and not be allowed to roam freely outdoors. Under no circumstances will this kitten be sold, leased or given away to any pet store or research laboratory. The buyer agrees this kitten is not to be declawed or all health guarantees are voided. This cattery feels this surgery is very inhumane and does not agree with this practice. The buyer agrees to buy quality kitten/cat food and provide adequate sanitary facilities. Buyer also agrees to provide adequate veterinary care and vaccinations. Kitten should receive regular claw trimming and be provided with a suitable scratching post.
If at any time in the future buyer can no longer keep the kitten, they are responsible to find a suitable home. Breeder would be happy to assist in advertising/help with finding a new home. If buyer prefers, they can return kitten/cat to breeder and breeder will find a suitable new home, but no refund will be given. This is to ensure that none of the breeder’s kittens end up in a shelter or rescue situation.
